Application Requirements
At Cheltenham Muscat, we review each application individually, considering academic ability, behaviour, additional learning needs, age, gender, and nationality to maintain a balanced, inclusive, and diverse learning environment.
Required Documents
To process your application, we require the following mandatory documents:
- One recent passport-size photograph
- Copy of the student’s birth certificate
- Copy of the student’s passport
- Behaviour/attendance reports from the current school
- Last two annual report cards
Submitting Your Documents
To complete your application, all mandatory documents must be uploaded. If any non-essential documents are unavailable at the time of submission, they may be provided at a later stage.

What year group should my child join?
Cheltenham Muscat follows the British curriculum, offering a rigorous academic programme designed to inspire excellence. Our curriculum aligns with the UK National Curriculum, ensuring students receive a world-class education.
In line with Oman’s Ministry of Education guidelines, year placement is determined by a child’s age as of 31 August in the year of entry. Our friendly admissions team will confirm the correct Grade of entry based on your child's date of birth.
