Cheltenham Muscat opened in September 2021 with some of the finest school facilities in the region. Our 40,000m² campus houses brand new state-of-the-art facilities, ranging from our stunning standalone Early Years school to a wide array of fully equipped science, art, design technology and music labs.

The campus also hosts a superb range of indoor and outdoor sports facilities. The Cheltenham sports academy includes a double sized sports hall, dance studio and fitness gym, two swimming pools, two full size and one junior soccer pitches, a cricket square and four tennis and basketball courts.

We are delighted to announce that the school will construct an incredible new senior specialist teaching building that will complement our already outstanding facilities and will continue to allow our pupils to reach their ‘Cheltenham Potential’.

This new senior performing arts and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths) centre will be located between the main visitor’s reception and the sports pitches as an extension to existing school facilities.

The STEAM faculty will include five new senior science labs, two design technology and art labs and a new ICT suite. The performing arts centre will house two senior music performance and music technology labs, practice rooms and a recital stage. The centrepiece is a stunning 300 capacity ‘theatre in the round’ that will facilitate a wide range of musical and theatrical performances and productions.

The new building will also contain the senior library, senior dining and a sixth form centre and careers hub for our A-Level students, all wrapping around a three-storey light-filled atrium which will be the heart of the senior school community.

Construction works will commence in the summer of 2023 with the opening of the new building in September 2024.
